Discover a Path to Wellbeing

It is truly possible to find or recover a sense of ease within oneself.

We all hold this potential, but often the complexities and challenges of life lead us astray. With the right support every person can find their path.

Counselling provides a safe space to deepen your understanding of your inner world and how it shapes your life. This process can support acceptance of the past while bringing fresh clarity to move forward with greater authenticity and alignment.

Welcome. I’m Jess de Ayala, a qualified integrative counsellor.

I believe that therapy should be both effective and accessible.

From the comfort of your own space, I offer online counselling designed to support your personal growth and mental well-being.

I specialise in anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, self-confidence, addiction, body image issues, eating disorders, career counselling, stress and more.

My Therapeutic Approach

It takes courage to face both the weight of your struggles and the uncertainty of what may arise when you begin to explore them.  I aim to support you to move, at your own pace, towards a deep sense of empowerment and positive transformation, reclaiming the fullest, healthiest expression of the person you were meant to be.

My counselling approach includes evidence-based psychology and holistic connective practices. I take into consideration the relationship between mind, body, thoughts, emotions and a person's core self.

My work is trauma-informed and compassionate. I aim to empower you to move beyond the familiar, inviting different perspectives and insights. Together we create a space from which you are able to unpick difficult, painful ways of being, that may have been holding you back for a long time.

This is your time to reconnect -

with yourself, your needs, and the life you long for

Set up a complimentary chat

Take the first step. Get in touch via email to organise a free 20 min phone call or online session. This first conversation gives you space to share what brings you to counselling, learn about how I work, and see how it feels for us to connect. From there, we can decide together whether to begin with a six-session contract or a longer, open-ended approach.

You don’t have to do this alone. You deserve to feel safe, supported, and deeply understood.
